Physical Examination

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practices/contests. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded online or turned in to the Activities office no later than 3 school/business days prior to the first day of practice.

Physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the last exam.

Participation Fees

There is a participation fee required to participate in athletics programs at SCHS and SCMS.  The fee is $15/sport (annual max $30) at SCHS and $10/sport (annual max $20) at SCMS.  Fees are NOT due at the time of registration.  Instead, families can expect that approximately two weeks after the first day of practice that fees will be applied to your Skyward account.  When those fees are applied to Skyward, you will have the option to pay them online or drop off a check in the school office.
